Construction
Superstructure fabricated of 1" square stainless steel and hot
rolled tubing with 1 ½" square stainless steel vertical posts.
Exterior sub panels are constructed of 20 gage galvanized steel,
with removable high pressure laminate outer panels. Top is of 16
gage stainless steel die formed construction. All welds are ground
and polished.
Insulation
Inner liner is encased with 1" to 1 ½" thick high density
fiberglass. Top and corner posts are pour filled with urethane foam.
Interior Tank Well
Constructed of 18 gage stainless steel, die formed with seamless
design all corners coved. Air flow louvers stamped into the side
walls with louvers facing downward.
Electrical
120 Volt/60 Hz./Single Phase 30 Amp circuit required. Cabinet
equipped with a 6' cord with Nema 5-30P plug, which requires a Nema
5-30R receptacle. Actual electrical draw is 21 amp.
Cabinet Lids
2 each ¾" Honeycomb lids covered with high pressure laminate
and trimmed with a stainless steel edge. Designed to slide or lift
off.
Locking Bar
1 each ¾" diameter locking pin is welded at each end of top.
Each pin has two 5/16" diameter holes the upper hole is used to
secure the locking bar. Locking bar fabricated of 18 gage square
stainless steel tubing.
Heating System
Patented 2700 watt convected air heating system is thermostatically
controlled. Thermostat is located on the exterior of the cabinet and
is calibrated for required food temperatures.
Casters
3" diameter plate type with double bearing swivel raceway each
with wheel brakes.
Connecting Bolts
The lower hole of the locking pin is used to join adjacent
Speedee-Serv® cabinets, using a 3/8" bolt with a polished
stainless steel spacer and two acorn nuts.
* Not recommended due to capacity loss.
Accessories for Heated Cabinets
AD1
Pan Adapter constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Holds one
12" x 20" standard size steam table pan. 1 required per
H4, EH4, H436 & EH436 cabinet in conjunction with 1 AD2.
AD2
Pan Adapter constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Holds two
12" x 20" standard size steam table pans. 2 required per
H5, EH5, H536 & EH536 cabinet.
B13202
2" Wire Basket constructed of 3 gage wire frame, with 9 gage
wire mesh bottoms. Baskets are plated with a rust preventive
process. Dimensions: 20 ½" x 13 1/8" x 2 ¼"

4" Wire Basket constructed of 3 gage wire frame, with 9 gage

Cash Shelf constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Shelf is
mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated drop leaf
brackets. Dimensions: 15" or 20" x 30 ½" (36"

TS12/TS15
Tray Shelf constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Shelf is
mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated drop leaf
brackets. Dimensions: 12" or 15" x 29" (36"
wide cabinet: 12" or 15" x 34 ½")
SN4
Single Sided Sneeze Guard is designed to fit over Models H4, EH4,
H436 & EH436. Entire assembly is lift off removable.
Constructed of 1" square stainless steel tubing. ¼"
thick polycarbonate material is fitted to top frame.
SN5
Single Sided Sneeze Guard is designed to fit over Models H5, EH5,
H536 & EH536. Entire assembly is lift off removable.

DSN
Double Sided Sneeze Guard is designed to fit over Models H5, EH5,
H536, EH536, H4, EH4, H436 & EH436. Entire assembly is lift

MD62
Double Sided Merchandising Display is designed for Models H5, EH5,
H536 & EH536. Designed to display 6 each wire baskets.
Constructed of 1 ½" square stainless steel tubing joined
together with 1" square and 1" round stainless steel
tubing forming two slanted shelves.
MD49
Double Sided Merchandising Display is designed for Models H4, EH4,
H436 & EH436. Designed to display 4 each wire baskets.

TRS
Tray Slides are designed to mount to both sides of Speedee-Serv®
Speedline equipment. Tray slides are constructed of 18 gage

slide design.
