Heated/Refrigerated Cabinets

Heated/Refrigerated Modular Style Self Service Cabinet. 

Designed to serve and hold hot foods and refrigerated foods at required temperatures. Shown here with optional Double Shelf Display #DSD bottom shelf heated over hot side.

Construction 
Superstructure fabricated of 1" sq. stainless steel and cold rolled tubing with 1 ½" sq. stainless steel vertical posts. Interior has stagger die formed ledge to accommodate drop in lids. Exterior sub panels are constructed of 18 gage galvanized steel, with removable high pressure laminate outer panels. Top is of 18 gage stainless steel die formed construction. All welds are ground and polished.

Insulation 
Inner liner is encased with 1 ¼" #2000 urethane foam. Top and corner posts are pour filled with urethane foam.

Interior Tank Well 
Constructed of 18 gage stainless steel, die formed with seamless design all corners coved. Air flow louvers stamped into the side walls with louvers facing downward.

Electrical 
220 Volt/30 Hz./Single Phase 30 Amp four wire circuit with a neutral is required. Cabinet equipped with a 6' cord and cap.

Cabinet Lids 
2 each ¾" Honeycomb lids covered with high pressure laminate and trimmed with a stainless steel edge. Designed to lift off.

Locking Bar/Connecting Bolts 
1 each ¾" diameter locking pin is welded at each end of top. Each pin has two 5/16" diameter holes the upper hole is used to secure the locking bar. The lower hole of the locking pin is used to join adjacent Speedee-Serv® cabinets, using a 3/8" bolt with a polished stainless steel spacer and two acorn nuts. Locking bar fabricated of 18 gage square stainless steel tubing.

Refrigeration System 
Patented self contained blower coil style refrigeration system provides re-circulated refrigerated air. Entire unit is easily removable. 1/3 HP compressor utilizes a hot gas condensate evaporator, not electric. Requires no floor drain.

Heating System 
Patented 2700 watt convected air heating system is thermostatically controlled. Thermostat is located on the exterior of the cabinet and is calibrated for required food temperatures.

Casters 
3" diameter plate type with double bearing swivel raceway 2 each with wheel brakes.

AD1
Pan Adapter constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Holds one 12" x 20" standard size steam table pan. 1 required for HC53 cabinet in conjunction with 1 AD2.

AD2 
Pan Adapter constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Holds two 12" x 20" standard size steam table pans. 2 required per HC68 cabinet.

B13202 
2" Wire Basket constructed of 3 gage wire frame, with 9 gage wire mesh bottoms. Baskets are plated with a rust preventive process. Dimensions: 20 ½" x 13 1/8" x 2 ¼"

B13204 
4" Wire Basket constructed of 3 gage wire frame, with 9 gage wire mesh bottoms. Baskets are plated with a rust preventive process. Dimensions: 20 ½" x 13 1/8" x 4 9/16"

B13204T 
4" Basket Tapered constructed of 3 gage wire frame, with 9 gage wire mesh bottoms. Baskets are plated with a rust preventive process. Dimensions: 20 ¼" x 12 13/16" x 4 ½"

CS15/CS20 
Cash Shelf constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Shelf is mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated drop leaf brackets. Dimensions: 15" or 20" x 30 ½"

TS12/TS15 
Tray Shelf constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Shelf is mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated drop leaf brackets. Dimensions: 12" or 15" x 29"

SN5 
Single Sided Sneeze Guard is designed to fit over Models HC53 & HC68. Entire assembly is lift off removable. Constructed of 1" square stainless steel tubing. ¼" thick polycarbonate material is fitted to top frame.

DSN 
Double Sided Sneeze Guard is designed to fit over Models HC53 & HC68. Entire assembly is lift off removable. Constructed of 1" square stainless steel tubing. ¼" thick polycarbonate material is fitted to top frame.

DSD 
Double Shelf Display is designed to fit over Models HC53 & HC68. Designed to hold wire baskets for additional merchandising items. Shelves are 14" wide constructed of 18 gage stainless steel with 1" & 1 1/8" sq. stainless steel tubing. Bottom shelf is heated over hot side of cabinet. On/off switch.

MD 
Double Sided Merchandising Display is designed for Models HC53 & HC68. Designed to hold wire baskets for additional merchandising items. Constructed of 1 ½" square stainless steel tubing joined together with 1" square and 1" round stainless steel tubing forming two slanted shelves.

TRS 
Tray Slides are designed to mount to both sides of Speedee-Serv® Speedline equipment. Tray slides are constructed of 18 gage stainless steel and are mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated fold down brackets. Also available in tubular tray slide design.
