Construction
Superstructure fabricated of 1" sq. stainless steel and cold
rolled tubing with 1 ½" sq. stainless steel vertical posts.
Exterior sub panels are constructed of 18 gage galvanized steel,
with removable high pressure laminate outer panels. Top is of 16
gage stainless steel die formed construction. All welds are ground
and polished.
Insulation
Inner liner is encased with 1 ¼" #2000 urethane foam. Top and
corner posts are pour filled with urethane foam.
Heat Wells
Each cabinet has either 3, 4, or 5 individually controlled heated
wells. Each well measures 12" x 20". Ideal for #200 size
pans.
Electrical
208 volt single phase for ST3, ST4 and ST5. Each cabinet equipped
with a 6' cord and cap.
Locking Pins
1 each ¾" diameter locking pin is welded at each end of top.
Each pin has two 5/16" diameter holes the upper hole is used to
secure the locking bar. Locking bar is not needed with this cabinet.
Casters
3" diameter plate type with double bearing swivel raceway each
with wheel brakes. Casters are bolt mounted steel based bolsters for
added strength.
Connecting Bolts
The lower hole of the locking pin is used to join adjacent
Speedee-Serv® cabinets, using a 3/8" bolt with a polished
stainless steel spacer and two acorn nuts.
Accessories for Steam Table Cabinets
CS15/CS20
Cash Shelf constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Shelf is
mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated drop leaf
brackets. Dimensions: 15" or 20" x 30 ½"
TS12/TS15
Tray Shelf constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Shelf is
mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated drop leaf
brackets. Dimensions: 12" or 15" x 29"
SN5
Single Sided Sneeze Guard is designed to fit over Models ST3,
ST4, & ST5. Entire assembly is lift off removable. Constructed
of 1" square stainless steel tubing. ¼" thick
polycarbonate material is fitted to top frame.
DSN
Double Sided Sneeze Guard is designed to fit over Models ST3,
ST4, & ST5. Entire assembly is lift off removable. Constructed
of 1" square stainless steel tubing. ¼" thick
polycarbonate material is fitted to top frame.
TRS
Tray Slides are designed to mount to both sides of
Speedee-Serv® Speedline equipment. Tray slides are constructed of
18 gage stainless steel and are mounted to cabinet on two heavy
duty chrome plated fold down brackets. Also available in tubular
tray slide design.
