Construction
Superstructure fabricated of 1" sq. stainless steel and cold
rolled tubing with 1 ½" sq. stainless steel vertical posts.
Exterior sub panels are constructed of 20 gage galvanized steel,
with removable high pressure laminate outer panels. Top is of 18
gage stainless steel die formed construction. All welds are ground
and polished. Top is equipped with two food wells. Under storage
shelf is constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. 2 heavy duty
stainless steel push bars are provided one at each end of cabinet.
Insulation
Inner liner is encased with 1 ¼" #2000 urethane foam. Top and
corner posts are pour filled with urethane foam.
Casters
5" diameter plate type with double bearing swivel raceway 2
each with wheel brakes.
Sneeze Guard
Sneeze guard is constructed of 1" square stainless steel
tubing. Top shelf is constructed of 18 gage stainless steel, shelf
has 4 hanging brackets securely attached to underside. Brackets will
hold 2 hanging wire display baskets Model #B13206. Front and sides
are ¼" thick polycarbonate material.
Cabinet Lids
2 each ¾" Honeycomb lids covered with high pressure laminate
and trimmed with a stainless steel edge. Designed to lift off.
Built-In Cash Box
Built-in cash box is designed for ease of use by one or two
cashiers. It is constructed of 18 gage stainless steel and welded to
bottom side of counter top. Standard features include, a lockable
cover and a removable money tray.
Lazy Susan
One piece die formed plastic 24" diameter removable lazy susan
is attached to umbrella pole insert gusset.
Premier Umbrella
The umbrella is 7 ½' diameter. It is made of light weight
washable vinyl material. Umbrella is mounted in the center of the
cart.

Hanging Wire Display Basket designed to hang and display foods from
sneeze guard shelf. Constructed of 3 gage wire frame, with 9 gage
wire mesh bottoms. Baskets are plated with a rust preventive
