Construction
Top fabricated of 18 gage stainless steel with #4 finish. Top has
one stainless steel register on each end. One register supplies hot
air and one draws hot air to achieve the re-circulating process.
Lower heat system is constructed of 18 gage galvanized steel. 1
¼" thick high temperature insulation surrounds the entire
heating system for reduction of heat loss and maximum energy
efficiency.
Electrical
120 Volt/60 Hz./Single Phase 20 Amp circuit required. Cabinet
equipped with a 6' cord with Nema 5-20P plug, which requires a Nema
5-20R receptacle. Actual electrical draw is 16 amps.
Display Unit
Constructed of 1 ½" square 18 gage stainless steel tubing.
Tubing is welded to form two symmetrical end units. End units are
joined together with 1" square and 1" round 18 gage
stainless steel tubing forming display frame structure. Display top
is constructed of 18 gage #4 stainless steel. Die formed
construction allows 6 each baskets to be placed on top for
merchandising. Display is enclosed with 2 polycarbonate ends and 4
polycarbonate doors.
Display Doors
Doors are constructed of ¼" thick clear polycarbonate. Doors
slide smoothly on an upper and lower track. Lower track is removable
for easy cleaning.
Heating System
Each heated display unit is equipped with an upper and lower heating
system. The lower heating system consists of a 900 watt convected
air system creating evenly re-circulated air. The upper heating
system consists of a heat tube overhead warmer. Overhead warmer is
equipped with an adjustable control to regulate display unit to
desired temperature.
