Construction
Superstructure fabricated of 1" square stainless steel and hot
rolled tubing with 1 ½" square stainless steel vertical posts.
Exterior sub panels are constructed of 20 gage galvanized steel,
with removable high pressure laminate outer panels. Top is of 18
gage stainless steel die formed construction. All welds are ground
and polished.
Insulation
The entire cabinet is foamed in place with a urethane pour foam.
Interior Tank Well
NSF & UL approved drop-in self-contained freezer system,
constructed of galvanized steel exterior wrap-a-round body welded to
a stainless steel interior cavity with coved corners.
Electrical
120 Volt/60 Hz./Single Phase 15 Amp circuit required. Cabinet
equipped with a 6' cord with Nema 5-15P plug, which requires a Nema
5-15R receptacle. A ¼ HP compressor draws 4.0 amps.
Cabinet Lid
Stainless steel bi-fold lid is pour foam insulated. Two rubber
handles act as a bumper when opened. Lid can be removed from cabinet
during serving time.
Locking Bar
1 each ¾" diameter locking pin is welded at each end of top.
Each pin has two 5/16" diameter holes the upper hole is used to
secure the locking bar. Locking bar fabricated of 18 gage square
stainless steel tubing.
Freezer System
Cold wall type freezer system. Thermostat control is preset to
maintain temperatures between zero and -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
Casters
3" diameter plate type with double bearing swivel raceway each
with wheel brakes.
Connecting Bolts
The lower hole of the locking pin is used to join adjacent
Speedee-Serv® cabinets, using a 3/8" bolt with a polished
stainless steel spacer and two acorn nuts.
Accessories for Freezer Cabinets
CS15/CS20
Cash Shelf constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Shelf is
mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated drop leaf
brackets. Dimensions: 15" or 20" x 30 ½" (36"
wide cabinet: 15" or 20" x 36")
TS12/TS15
Tray Shelf constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Shelf is
mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated drop leaf
brackets. Dimensions: 12" or 15" x 34 ½" (36"
wide cabinet: 12" or 15" x 34 ½")
TRS
Tray Slides are designed to mount to both sides of Speedee-Serv®
Speedline equipment. Tray slides are constructed of 18 gage
stainless steel and are mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty
chrome plated fold down brackets. Also available in tubular tray
slide design.
