Salad Bar Cabinets

Modular Style Self Service System

Designed to display and serve a variety of salad bar foods.

Construction 
Superstructure fabricated of 1" sq. stainless steel and cold rolled tubing with 1 ½" sq. stainless steel vertical posts. Exterior sub panels are constructed of 20 gage galvanized steel, with removable high pressure laminate outer panels. Top is of 18 gage stainless steel die formed construction. All welds are ground and polished. Under storage shelf is constructed of 18 gage stainless steel.

Insulation 
Inner liner is encased with 1 ¼" #2000 urethane foam. Top and corner posts are pour filled with urethane foam.

Ice Pan 
Cabinet is equipped with a full length ice pan. Constructed of 18 gage stainless steel with #4 finish. Corners are coved to allow easy cleaning and draining. 1 ¼" thick urethane foam type insulation lines the entire ice pan to prevent condensation. One ½" drain is welded into center of ice pan.

Sneeze Guard 
Double sided sneeze guard is mounted on cabinet. Constructed of 1" sq. stainless steel tubing. ¼" thick polycarbonate material is fitted to top frame.

Casters 
3" diameter plate type with double bearing swivel raceway each with wheel brakes. Casters are bolt mounted steel based bolsters for added strength.

Accessories for Salad Bar Cabinets

CS15/CS20 
Cash Shelf constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Shelf is mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated drop leaf brackets. Dimensions: 15" or 20" x 30 ½"

TS12/TS15 
Tray Shelf constructed of 18 gage stainless steel. Shelf is mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated drop leaf brackets. Dimensions: 12" or 15" x 29"

TRS 
Tray Slides are designed to mount to both sides of Speedee-Serv® Speedline equipment. Tray slides are constructed of 18 gage stainless steel and are mounted to cabinet on two heavy duty chrome plated fold down brackets. Also available in tubular tray slide design.
